You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Simply send an email with your order number to return@slydr.gg to initiate the cancellation. Once received, we will send you a return label within one business day.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price—minus the return shipping costs—using your original payment method.

Please note: Only unused items in perfect condition are eligible for a refund. You are liable for any loss in value only if it results from handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
